I am a Juvenile Law attorney with 14 years of experience working within the Juvenile Court system.
Navigating the foster care/juvenile court system is scary and hard to understand. You may feel like your questions do not getting answered, you do not really know what is going on, no one is spending time with you to help you, and that your voice is not being heard.
My office and my staff have worked with parents, grandparents/relatives, foster parents, de facto parents, guardians, and prospective adoptive parents, in all areas, when Child Protective Services has come into your life and is attempting to make decisions about YOUR life and YOUR kids.
My initial consolation consists of meeting with you and discussing your case, reviewing any reports you have in your possession, and making recommendations of what I believe your case needs. A unique service that my office offers is the assistance of my OWN social worker that will attend interviews with you, talk to the County worker, and help you set up any services that you need.
